Live looping performances with guitar and vocals
A solo performer can build a bigger sound through live layering. AntZ uses guitar, vocals and looping techniques to reshape familiar songs and create energy on stage.

What is live looping?
Live looping records and repeats short musical phrases during a performance. A rhythm, guitar part or vocal layer can become the foundation for another part, allowing an arrangement to grow in front of the audience.
The point isn't to make every song more complicated. It's to use extra layers when they genuinely serve the groove and the moment.
How AntZ uses looping on stage
AntZ performs acoustic and rock-influenced covers, using loops and effects where they strengthen an arrangement. A simpler guitar-and-voice song can sit alongside a fuller, rhythm-driven section.
The setup and song choices depend on the space, length of set and type of event.

Common questions
Is live looping the same as a backing track?
No. A live loop is built from phrases recorded during the performance, although each setup may also use other effects or supporting equipment.
Does every song use looping?
Not necessarily. Some songs benefit from a stripped-back delivery and others from added layers.
Can I book live looping for a party?
You can enquire about a looping-led or mixed set. Availability and suitability depend on the event.
Would live looping fit your event?
Describe the venue, audience and atmosphere you want. We can discuss a looping-led set or a mixture of acoustic songs and layered arrangements.
